    • Planning and Administration Team
      • Established master plan for the next-generation integrated information system (June 2024)
      • Unified bidding and contract for Phase 1 of the next-generation integrated information system (Dec. 2024)
      • Completed analysis phase and audit of Phase 1 (June 2025)
      • Expected completion of Phase 1 construction (Sep. 2026)
    • Information Security Team
      • Annual planning of information security tasks (every January)
      • Vulnerability assessment for information systems/websites and disaster recovery drills (ongoing)
      • Improvement of the campus network (since Mar. 2021)
