▶Interview
Prof. Seong Yun Kim is currently serving as an associate professor at Jeonbuk National University, Organic Materials Fiber Engineering. Before coming to Jeonbuk National University, he worked as a senior researcher at KIST and studied the properties of composite using various fillers. His lab, Carbon Neutrality Composites Lab, designs the composites to achieve improved performance and even designs their appropriate applications to use. Currently, they are researching energy harvesting, electrical car, and future mobility using composites. Also, in line with recent environmental and social trends, research on composites using natural resources is in progress.
